Investors
HVC is actively looking for new members from high net worth and sophisticated investors who are interested in investing in early stage companies.
Ideally you will have suitable sector expertise and experience of investing in companies.
We are happy to accept members from throughout the UK but our investment focus is Scotland (ideally the Highlands).
Minimum Investment is £5,000 and is typically in a EIS qualifying company.
Those members who make investments in new business proposals will be charged a fee by HVC of 3% of the total amount invested.
There is a one-off joining fee of £250 and an annual fee fixed by the board from time to time, to cover the administration of running the syndicate. In the current year (2007/08) it looks likely to be less than £100 per member.
The annual fee will not be charged until such time as the member takes up an Investment opportunity offered.
